Soooo, the last term of school at Conestoga, I had to construct a portfolio site for my work: http://cobalt1.conestogac.on.ca/mcrowell-cc/index.html and I was pretty happy with the results (actually a little astounded, without trying to sound too pompous, since the concept of web design was almost entirely foreign to me a year ago!)...BUT while I'm mostly content with things, I don't have all of my artwork up and I'm not really able to update things at the moment since I don't have Dreamweaver or Flash, and I'm still trying to chase down a job which would provide me the resources to make that happen and keep it an ongoing thing.
I can't entirely complain about the unemployed months that have followed school, it's given me plenty of time to soak up a bit of sun, and also do a lot of painting and other various experimental artistic endeavours, while lounging out back on the patio with a cold drink. I'm hoping that this blog is going to be a platform to share some of my work and maybe drum up some interest because I'm more than happy to accept any wishes for commissions (winkwink-hinthint-nudgenudge.)
